Cameron Porter is a venture capitalist, entrepreneur, and former professional athlete dedicated to investing in transformative technologies and innovative businesses. He is a Co-Founder and General Partner at Steel Atlas, a venture capital fund based in New York City, where he focuses on identifying and scaling high-impact ventures.

Before founding Steel Atlas, Cameron was an investor at AlleyCorp, one of the world's leading startup incubators, where he played a key role in funding and building early-stage companies. His background in venture investing is complemented by hands-on experience as a board member for multiple organizations, advising on strategic growth, technology, and market positioning.

Cameron’s journey into venture capital was preceded by a professional career in Major League Soccer (MLS), where he played as a forward before transitioning into the business and investment world. He holds a degree in Computer Science from Princeton University, where his academic focus was on non-deterministic algorithms and network theory—a foundation that continues to shape his analytical approach to investing and scaling technology companies.
